Casino Win Spin won’t let its respin feature end without a win: the same symbol on the middle of reels 2 and 4 starts it, and each empty respin adds a wild, then a multiplier, then another wild. Mine triggered 11 times in 410 spins, eight ended on the first respin, and the session returned 71.5%…
Casino Win Spin is a video slot from Nolimit City. It has no free spins round, so everything it does happens in the main game and its respins. It has 5 reels, 3 rows and 20 fixed betlines. A win needs 3, 4 or 5 matching symbols on one of those lines.
Casino Win Spin is available from 0.20 to 100 a spin, and it has a traditional casino theme to it. I played it at 10 credits a spin, starting from a balance of 10,000.
The low paying symbols comprise the usual Heart, Spade, Diamond and Club card suits, and the premium symbols are depicted by Lucky 7s, Bells, Bars, Strawberries, Oranges and Lemons. Three of any card suit on a line return 0.25x the stake, which was 2.50 credits at my bet. The strongest standard symbol is the Lucky 7. Three of them pay 1.25x the stake and four pay 3.75x. It awards 15x for 5 of a kind. Five wilds on a line pay more than that, 25x the stake, whether they are the Green Clover or the Golden Clover kind.
There are no Scatter symbols in this slot. Instead the emphasis is on the Win Spin Hot Zones, and these are the middle positions of reels 2 and 4. What lands there triggers the features. The regular wild is the Green Clover, which substitutes for any other symbol except other wilds. A regular Wild in either Hot Zone will expand over its reel. If regular wilds land in both Hot Zones on the same spin, an extra expanding wild is added on reel 3. Every other regular Wild on the grid becomes an expanding Wild too. My best win of the session came from these Expanding Hot Zone Wilds, 570 credits on spin 86, or 57x the stake.
The Spin 'til You Win feature is triggered when the same non-wild symbol lands in both Hot Zones on one spin. A panel above the reels shows the feature's three steps, with the wild step lit first and the other two still hidden. The slot then moves into respins. Each respin that fails to pay adds a boost to the next one. The triggering symbol becomes a Wild on the first. Eight of my 11 features ended right there, on the first respin, with payouts between 1.25x and 6.5x the stake. A random x2 to x5 multiplier applies to all wins on the second, and a Spreading Wild lands on the middle position of reel 3 on the third, as long as no win has landed. On spin 221 my second respin won 95 credits under an x4 multiplier, which made 380 credits, or 38x the stake. The respins will stop on the first win and return back to ordinary spins again. Only one of my features went as far as the third respin, on spin 335, and it paid 22.50 credits once the Spreading Wild had landed.
I triggered the bonus 11 times in 410 spins when I tested Casino Win Spin. That was a bit unexpected for a slot where Spin 'til You Win averages one trigger in 26 spins. At that rate 410 spins would bring about 16 triggers. To trigger the first bonus it took me precisely 49 spins, which is reasonable. It ended on the first respin with the Symbol Wild and paid 30 credits, 3x the stake. But for the second bonus I had to grind through 127 spins, and the bonuses however only delivered 1,010 credits in total. That was 34% of everything won, so a big share of the prizes came from the main game.
Minty Slots Verdict: This online slot has a 96.74% RTP. The whole session returned 2,932.50 credits on 4,100 wagered, which is 71.5%, and my balance went from 10,000 to 8,832.50.
Further on I did hit bonuses a bit more often. From spin 176 onwards the gaps between triggers ran from 5 to 47 spins. I indeed managed to trigger Spin 'til You Win after only 5 spins. That was on spin 226, and it paid 60 credits on the first respin. But still, this can be a bit of a volatile slot without much prospect of staying ahead. I saw 81 paying spins out of 410, and 30 of those paid less than the stake. It is without even an opportunity to hit a massive win on a slot where the max win is "only" 2,000x. My balance peaked at 10,062.50 on spin 86 and went no lower than 8,822.50.
I did like the fact that the respins continue until a win lands. The longest run without a win in my session was 16 spins, ending on spin 334. With that said, I did indeed like playing it.
