Regal Riches Slot – Free Demo
Provider:
IGT
Three rounds of Major Free Spins, each 10 spins long, came and went without a retrigger, and the best of them paid 35.19. Around them the 5x4 reels with 30 fixed lines took 480.00 at a 1.50 stake and gave back 323.04, nowhere near the 96.27% IGT prints for Regal Riches.

Gems on a 5x4 Grid
I'm examining Regal Riches here today. I played 320 spins at a stake of 1.50, starting from a balance of 1,000.00. It is a video slot that combines elements of traditional 5x4 play with a dash of a gemstone theme to it, and it's not a terrific game, I can state immediately. The balance peaked at 1,011.70 on spin 12 and finished at its lowest point, 843.04.
Regal Riches is a 5 by 4 slot with 30 fixed paylines. Wins pay left to right on those lines. It arrives with progressive wilds and Major and Mega free spins, and the arrangement may be plain, but there is a shiny quality to it. The wilds come in three types, Blue, Green and Gold, with Blue Wilds landing on reels 1 to 4 and the Green and Gold ones on reel 5 only.
Shields, Crowns and a 125x Wild
Both cautious punters and big bettors will feel invited here. I kept my stake at 1.50 for all 320 spins, which put 480.00 through the game. It's accessible from as little as $0.75 per spin up to $450, and as you already know, I'm not a fan of slot makers who attempt to muddle me with coin amounts. Partly that's because I get a headache having to engage the numerical part of my mind. It's also because I deem it dishonest. Of my 320 spins, 102 paid something, and 58 of those returned less than the 1.50 stake.
As you can observe in the paytable, five of the highest paying symbol will grant you 125x. It is the wild, and other symbols on the reels comprise shields, crowns, rings, goblets, trumpets, lutes and A to J. Five shields, crowns, rings or goblets pay 100x the bet, five trumpets or lutes pay 60x, and five of A, K, Q or J pay 50x.
Green Meter, Gold Bonus
Regal Riches arrives with 2 free spins modes - the Major Free Spins and the Mega Free Spins - and the Major Free Spins are triggered when two Bonus scatters appear on reels 1-4 together with a Green Bonus scatter on reel 5. The mode awards 10 free spins, and I triggered it three times, on spins 138, 254 and 293. The wilds collected in the Green Meter will then be released. A wild landing on a position that already holds a wild turns it into a multiplier wild of 2x to 5x. There will be at least 40 guaranteed wilds and multipliers up to 5x. My best round of Major Free Spins, on spin 138, paid 35.19, or 23.5x the stake, while the other two paid 28.50 and 7.20.
The other mode is the Mega Free Spins, and 10 free spins will be awarded if you hit two Bonus scatters with a Gold Bonus scatter on reel 5.
Minty Slots Verdict: Three rounds of Major Free Spins paid 70.89 between them, 22% of everything I won, and the balance still closed at 843.04 after 320 spins.
320 Spins Against 96.27%
My 320 spins returned 67.3%, with 480.00 wagered and 323.04 won. On the favourable side, the 96.27% RTP is fairly generous.
