Only a winning spin on the three main reels wakes up the fourth, and across 320 spins at a 2.40 stake it woke three times, with an 8x multiplier on spin 281 accounting for 110.40 of the haul. Betsoft's single-line game of 7s and BARs paid on 30% of my spins against a published hit rate of 18.94%.

Reel four waits for a win on reels one to three
7 Fortune Frenzy is an online slot. It is by Betsoft. Betsoft released it on 26 August 2021.
Stepping behind the curtain, 7 Fortune Frenzy ships with an RTP figure of 96%. I played 320 spins at 2.40 a spin, starting from a balance of 1,000.00. It ships with a moderate volatility maths model, and the play happens on a game grid composed of 3 reels plus a fourth bonus reel. Betsoft publishes a hit rate of 18.94%, and my session ran above that, with 96 of 320 spins paying (30%). However, the dedicated bonus reel operating alongside the primary reels spins on every wager. Its biggest contribution in my session came on spin 281, when an 8x multiplier turned a 13.80 line win into 110.40, or 46x the stake. Wins drop on reels one to three exclusively. Of my 96 paying spins, 54 returned less than the 2.40 stake. Punters collect credits when identical symbols drop on the lone payline. The longest run without a win lasted 13 spins, ending on spin 32.
Between 7s, BARs and blanks, the symbols are divided. There is no free spins round, and the only extra spins are the respins from reel four.
Three Bonus Frenzy awards in 320 spins
Unsurprisingly, there are a few extras going on here, so strap in and I'll race through them.
Solely when a win drops on reels one to three are Bonus Frenzy bonuses triggered. In my 320 spins it paid out three times, adding 159.00 of the 514.32 I won.
Instant prizes, multipliers and a respin I never saw
Instant Prizes are self-evident. They pay 8x or 18x the bet, and I landed one of each: 19.20 on spin 198 and 43.20 on spin 284. But Multipliers boost the win by 2x, 5x or 8x, and when a respin symbol drops on reel four, Respins are activated, and they grant a free respin with its own opportunity for a multiplier of up to 4x.
No respins landed in my session, but the studio says the event can repeat each time the symbol lands, for up to five free respins from one triggering spin.
Minty’s Closing Thought: Bonus Frenzy supplied 159.00 of the 514.32 this game paid me, close to a third, and 96.60 of that came from the 8x multiplier on spin 281. Take reel four out and the three main reels returned 355.32 on 768.00 wagered.
Spin 281 carried the session
On the whole, 7 Fortune Frenzy was another enjoyable Betsoft slot to play. Betsoft's own 88 Frenzy Fortune also pairs a single payline with an extra bonus reel, and iSoftBet's Super Lucky Reels mixes 7s and BARs with extra reels that bring instant prizes, multipliers and respins.
Max win is listed at 2,368x the bet. Over the session I wagered 768.00 and got back 514.32, a 67.0% return that left the balance at 746.32.
Bonus Frenzy is enjoyable, and 7 Fortune Frenzy tossed up a number of highs during my session.
