Texas Tea Slot – Free Demo

IGT
Three Oil Derricks from the left reel open a map of Texas: one derrick per symbol, placed by hand, paid in coins only after the last one is down. My one round of it on spin 436 paid 190 coins. Texas Ted's scatter bonus came four times, and none of it lifted a 1.80 stake back above 1,000.00.

Nine Lines, Left to Right
Texas Tea is a 5-reel, 3-row video slot with 9 fixed pay lines and a 94.93% RTP. Line wins pay left to right on consecutive reels starting from the far-left reel, and only the highest win on each line is paid. This Texas styled slot with an oil twist ran at 1.80 a spin for me, and it comes with two bonus features. Over 480 spins at 9 lines and a coin value of 0.20 I wagered 864.00 and got 613.98 back, a 71.1% session return.
Texas Ted and the Derricks
Yellow rose, Bluebonnet, Orange flower, and Cactus are the low-value symbols. They pay only from three on a line, while the Armadillo and the other premiums already pay for two. The premiums are built out of an Airplane, a Bull, a Car with driver, and an Armadillo, while the Texas Tea logo is the top symbol and pays 10,000 times the coin value for 5 across a complete pay line. The logo is also the only symbol that pays for a single one on a line.
To compensate for the repetitive gameplay, there are two bonus features contained in the game. Neither of them is a free spins round, and any bonus win is added to the line wins of the spin that triggered it. The Oil Dividend Bonus will award a random 3x to 100x the total bet for 3 or more Texas Ted scatters anywhere. Three Ted scatters draw from 3x, 8x, 15x or 25x the total bet, four from 8x up to 50x, and five from 20x up to 100x. The Big Oil Bonus hands you one oil derrick per Oil Derrick symbol landed from the left reel on a played line to place on regions of Texas.
The player chooses the regions, and the wins come once every derrick has been placed. Wins are awarded within the selected regions. Each derrick pays in coins multiplied by the coin value, and with three derricks the amount per derrick runs from 5 to 100 coins.
Three Derricks on Spin 436
The game seemed sluggish and dull to me, and the two bonus features did little to help lift it. In 480 spins the Oil Dividend Bonus came up four times and the Big Oil Bonus once, on spin 436, where three derricks paid 30, 100 and 60 coins for 190 coins, or 38.00.
Final Minty Score: The biggest single spin paid 79.74, 44.3x the stake, on spin 201, when an Oil Dividend Bonus of 25x the total bet landed alongside 34.74 in line wins.
