The Tiger pays 5x, the Crocodile 2.5x and the Snake 2x for 6 of a kind, and the Gorilla is the only symbol that pays from 2 of a kind rather than 3.

On reels 2, 3, 4 and 5, and solely on those, the wild symbol lands. It substitutes for every pay symbol except the Diamond Scatter.

What the Diamond wheel hands out

There are 2 bonus features contained in the game, and both, including the free spins, can be triggered by landing 4 or more Diamond Scatter symbols on one reel set. The session triggered it three times in 460 spins, twice to Free Spins rounds of 25 and 35 spins that paid 51.0x and 59.9x the stake. Free Spins - land this feature and you get up to 20, 25, 30 or 35 free spins. Four Diamonds bring up to 20, and each extra Scatter adds up to 5 more, reaching 35 for 7. Their multiplier, rising by 1 on each winning cascade, has no upper cap, and there is the possibility of adding 5 or 10 more free spins. When the spins run out, the round ends on a bonus-complete screen showing the total it paid.

Super Spins - begin with one reel set. They come in awards of up to 15, 20, 25 or 30, and a round paying under 100x the bet receives 5 additional spins. Open sets 2, 3 and 4 by collecting Golden Monkey tokens. Five tokens open the 2nd set, 15 the 3rd and 30 the 4th, with 5 extra spins for each unlock.

Minty Slots Verdict: It can without a question be a touch aggravating to land 3 Diamond Scatter symbols merely to lose out on the bonus, but to be just, this is a truly high volatility slot. Exactly like most other slots on the same end of the volatility scale, it's simply the nature of the game.
